MISSION STATEMENT
The North Hollow Estates Civic Association is managed through voluntary participation of elected homeowners, and shall promote a friendly, family neighborhood environment while assisting members with preserving and enhancing property values, and improving the quality of life within the community. This shall be accomplished through programs that effectively and efficiently manage finances, support an aesthetically pleasing neighborhood, where homeowners are able to maintain their property values and ensure a safe and respectable community for all the residents. This will be accomplished through the enforcement of the Deed Restrictions with close interaction with local and state governing bodies
The Board of Directors will evaluate all issues on their merit to the Members of the Association, and the Mission Statement and not with regard to any particular interest group. We will endeavor to evolve as an association to the ever-changing times in the decisions we make, always referring to the Bylaws and Protective Covenants Deed Restrictions for the spirit in which this community was founded.
